This date is available in your order history.You may return any item purchased from this web site that was delivered in DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE condition for a full refund or replacement. UPS or Fedex damaged merchandise must be reported to them within 24 hours of arrival in order to make a valid claim. Item being returned must be shipped by ground only. All returned items (new) must be in their original, undamaged packaging. A $10.00 restocking fee minimum or a 20% restocking fee maximum will be applied. The restocking fee will be waived if the returned merchandise is exchanged for other items on our website of equal value. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be made by credit to the original credit card or in the case of a gift, as a store credit. No refunds will be made by cash or check.
