Return Policy


Important Information:
We are committed to your satisfaction. Please return your product within 30 days of your product shipping date in the original packaging. This date is available in your order history.You may return any item purchased from this web site that was delivered in DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE condition for a full refund or replacement. UPS or Fedex damaged merchandise must be reported to them within 24 hours of arrival in order to make a valid claim. Item being returned must be shipped by ground only. All returned items (new) must be in their original, undamaged packaging. A $10.00 restocking fee minimum or a 20% restocking fee maximum will be applied. The restocking fee will be waived if the returned merchandise is exchanged for other items on our website of equal value. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be made by credit to the original credit card or in the case of a gift, as a store credit. No refunds will be made by cash or check.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please notify us by Email at birdwatching2@aol.com or tflor51@gmail.com BEFORE you return the merchandise so that we can issue you a RMA# to place on your package being returned and follow up with our warehouses for a quicker refund to you.
We highly recommend shipping UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post for your protection. If you do not have your packing slip, contact customer service at birdwatching2@aol.com. We will notify you via e-mail when your item was returned and refunded.
REMEMBER, EMAIL US FIRST BEFORE you return an item FOR PROPER PROCEDURE, otherwise the item may not be accepted.
NOTE: Return shipping is your responsibility. We do not refund return shipping charges.
